Anthem’s Summer Cocktail Menu 2026 — From the Classic Mojito to Anthem’s Old Fashioned

The summer menu is on the bar at Anthem. Seven signature cocktails, an eighth blue addition (the Shark Bite), and a bottle service list built for the night you actually want to remember tomorrow. Available from open until 10pm — early enough for the sunset window, late enough to roll right into the dance floor. Here is the full lineup, exactly as the bar is serving it.

The cocktails

🍃🍉 Classic Mojito — $13

Don Q rum, watermelon liqueur, mint, lime, syrup float, splash of Sprite. Add-ons: passion fruit +1, strawberry+1, coconut +$2.

Fresh, juicy, and dangerously easy to fall for — sweet, minty, and just enough to make “good decisions” questionable. This is the foundation of what we’ve been calling the Mojito Family: one classic build, four flavor lanes. Stay traditional or send it tropical with the coconut upgrade. Either way, you are not having just one.

🍸 Pistachio Martini — $14

Baileys, Disaronno, vanilla vodka, blue curaçao, matcha rim.

Nutty, smooth, and a little extra — sweet enough to hook you, strong enough to keep you. The matcha sugar rim is what takes it from a creamy cocktail to a moment. Order this if you want the table next to you to ask “what is that?”

🌸🍉 Rosarita — $12

Herradura Blanco, watermelon, lime, syrup float.

Flirty, juicy, and just strong enough to make bad decisions sound like great ideas. Tequila-forward without losing the easy-drinking summer feel. Pairs well with a patio, a playlist, and a friend who needs to be reminded they are hot.

🍏🍒 Brat — $10

Cherry vodka, melon liqueur, sour apple liqueur, sour mix, Sprite.

Sweet, sour, and a little unhinged — just like your favorite bad influence. The lowest price on the menu and probably the most fun per dollar. Bring a group, order a round, see what happens.

🍊🍦 Orange Creamside — $14

Grand Marnier, Aperol, coconut rum, orange juice, piña colada mix.

Creamy, citrusy, and smooth — like a sunset that turns into a very late night. This is the drink that explains the rest of the menu: it tastes like Florida summer in a glass and somehow still walks you to the dance floor.

🫐🍋 Blueberry Lemonade — $12

Blueberry Smirnoff, lemon, sour mix, syrup float.

Bright, juicy, and a little too easy — goes down smooth and keeps you coming back for more. The summer-evening sipper. If you came in to catch up with a friend before the music takes over, this is the one.

🥃🔥 Anthem’s Old Fashioned — $15

Woodford Reserve, Angostura bitters, syrup float, black cherry.

Smooth, strong, and straight to the point — a classic that never needs to try too hard. The top of the menu in price and pedigree. Order this if you want to slow the night down for a minute and remember why classics are classics.

🦈 Shark Bite

The blue one that joined the menu after the first print run. Tropical, bright, and ready for a photo. Check the bar for current pricing and the exact build — it is the newest face on the lineup and the staff is happy to walk you through it.

Bottle Service — Treat Yourself

When the night calls for a table and a bucket of ice, Anthem’s bottle service is built for it:

  • Moët & Chandon — $149
  • Veuve Clicquot — $199

Additional bottles are available — ask the team at the bar or check the events page for the latest. Bottle service is the move for groups, birthdays, anniversaries, marquee nights, or simply because the table next to yours has one and you deserve one too.

When the menu is available

The summer cocktail menu runs from open until 10pm. The window is designed for the early-evening crowd — drinks that taste like Florida summer, served while the room is still building, before the late-night programming kicks in.

After 10pm, the bar shifts into full-club mode and the regular menu takes over. The summer cocktails are the bridge from the patio energy to the dance floor.

How to plan your night around the menu

The summer cocktail window is a soft entry to Anthem. Treat it like a pre-show.

  • 6–8pm: Walk in with friends, grab a Blueberry Lemonade or a Rosarita, settle in at the bar. The room is calm. The lights are warm. Conversations actually happen.
  • 8–10pm: Last call on the summer menu approaches. This is when the Pistachio Martini or the Orange Creamside earns its place — sweeter, richer, the right “one more before things get loud” drink.
  • 10pm onward: The summer menu wraps. The regular menu takes over. The DJ takes the floor. The night you came for begins.

You can absolutely come in at 11pm and go straight to the dance floor. But if you want to taste the rest of what Anthem is — the warm hours, the cocktail conversation, the slow build — show up before 10pm.

What pairs with what

  • Solo bar visit or first drink with a friend: Blueberry Lemonade or Brat. Easy, fun, low-commitment.
  • Date night: Orange Creamside or Pistachio Martini. Both are made to be photographed.
  • Group of four: Round of Classic Mojitos with mixed add-ons. Pass them around. Settle in.
  • Birthday or celebration: Moët or Veuve at the table. Bring the moment.
  • You came to think, not just drink: Anthem’s Old Fashioned. Bourbon, bitters, and the right amount of stillness.

FAQ

Is the summer menu available every night?

Yes — open until 10pm any night Anthem is operating. Check the events page for the current weekly schedule and any holiday adjustments.

Are there non-alcoholic versions?

The bar can build mocktail versions of most of these on request. Ask any bartender — they will work with you.

Can I order a Classic Mojito with all four add-ons?

You can order it however you want. The menu adds-ons are passion fruit, strawberry, and coconut. Stack them at your own risk — the bar will not judge.

Do you do bottle service for smaller groups?

Bottle service works for parties of any size, though it scales best with a group. For groups of two or three, the cocktail menu may serve you better. Ask the host on arrival.

How do I reserve a table?

Tables and VIP for marquee nights book in advance — see the events page or contact Anthem directly.

Will the summer menu come back next year?

The summer menu is a seasonal rotation. Expect new builds, the return of fan favorites, and a few surprises. Watch the events page and follow Anthem on social for menu drops.

Come find your favorite

The summer menu is built to be tried — not analyzed. Pick the one that catches your eye, order it, see if the description matches the moment. Most people end up with two favorites by the end of the season: one for the early evening and one for when the lights drop.

The bar is open. The cocktails are ready. The dance floor is right behind them.
