3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to access our website and at least 21 years old to enter the Venue or purchase alcoholic beverages. Government-issued photo identification is required at entry. False representation of age voids any ticket or reservation without refund.

5. Event Tickets
- Purchasing – Tickets are sold through our site using Event Tickets Plus and WooCommerce. All prices are listed in USD.
- Service Fees & Taxes – Applicable fees and Florida sales tax are added at checkout.
- Non-Transferability – Unless a specific event page states otherwise, tickets are non-transferable.
- Cancellations & Postponements – If an event is cancelled, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If postponed, tickets automatically move to the new date.
- Code of Conduct – Hate speech, harassment, violence, or discrimination of any kind will lead to immediate removal without refund.
6. Merchandise Orders
- Order Acceptance – We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limited inventory or suspected fraud.
- Shipping – We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed.
