Opening Note Caesar Bites — Crisp romaine tossed in black truffle Caesar, shaved parmesan, served on toasted brioche. A bold first bite that sets the tone.
Headliner Bruschetta — Fresh chopped tomatoes, stracciatella mozzarella, balsamic pearls, red wine reduction, finished with airy basil oil. Rich, bright, unforgettable.
Encore Fries (GF w/o gravy) — Golden shoestring fries smothered in indulgent truffle country gravy. Because the night always deserves an encore.
Smoke & Static Melon (Vegan, GF) — Kimchi-brined melon tossed with feta and fresh mint, served on a smoked ash tapioca chip. Unexpected, bright, and a little dangerous.
