About the hosts
Fierce Fitness Ty brings nightclub-grade dance fitness to Orlando — high-energy choreography, big personality, and community vibes that turn a workout into a full party. For this one she’s joined by a four-instructor lineup (Erica, Kat, Kylie, Meilyn) plus special guest FlexChamp, who takes over with a 30-minute booty & core segment. If TRL and a nightclub workout had a baby, this would be it.
