HYDRO WKND returns to Anthem Orlando on Saturday, December 19, 2026 — and this time it comes straight from the source. DJ Edwood, San Juan’s own and resident DJ of Puerto Rico’s Hydro Caribbean Festival, brings authentic hydro party energy to downtown Orlando’s LGBTQ+ nightclub for a drenched, drum-heavy circuit night.
A fixture of Puerto Rico’s gay nightlife since 2000, Edwood commands the decks at Circo Bar — widely considered the island’s #1 gay club — and has carried his banging progressive and tribal house to stages like Hydrate in Chicago. Influenced by legends like Peter Rauhofer and Ralphi Rosario, he builds exactly the kind of relentless, percussive sets hydro parties were invented for.
It’s the last Saturday blowout before Christmas. Free launch tickets are a limited release, then $10 early bird, $15 advance, or $20 at the door — and the VIP section with dedicated bottle service lets the splash zone come to you.

About DJ Edwood
DJ Edwood — Edgard Madera — stepped into the house music scene in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2000 and never looked back. Today he’s a resident at Circo Bar, Puerto Rico’s top gay club, and the resident DJ of the Hydro Caribbean Festival, the largest LGBTQ+ festival in the Caribbean — which makes him the definitive headliner for a HYDRO WKND. His style is banging progressive and tribal house driven by circuit drums, shaped by influences like Thunderpuss, Peter Rauhofer, Abel, and Ralphi Rosario, and he counts fellow Puerto Rican icon Nina Flowers among his biggest inspirations.
