General Manager
As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind Anthem’s success, overseeing all aspects of venue operations, staff leadership, and guest experience. You are the standard-bearer for our mission.

Bartender
You are the artist behind the bar. We’re looking for skilled, charismatic bartenders who can craft exceptional cocktails and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Security Officer
You are the guardian of our safe space. We need professional, vigilant, and friendly security officers to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests and staff.
Janitorial Worker
A clean and pristine venue is critical to a premium guest experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire venue, ensuring it’s always ready to impress.
Assistant General Manager
Working alongside the GM, you will help lead our team, manage daily operations, and ensure every night runs flawlessly. This is a key leadership role with immense growth potential.

Barback
The engine of the bar. A great barback is essential for a high-volume, successful night. You’ll support our bartenders by keeping everything stocked, clean, and organized.
AV Lighting Technician
You set the mood and bring the energy. You will operate and maintain our state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, creating the immersive audiovisual experience that defines Anthem.
