The concept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

New Year’s Day is the hardest day of the year to find a real brunch. Most kitchens are closed. Most bars are hungover. Anthem opens for one reason: to be the room you rang in the year in, and to give you a place to reset the year with actual food and actual mimosas and actual people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Format is our regular ABS drag brunch<\/a> \u2014 bottomless mimosas, brunch service, drag show \u2014 with the volume dialed down. Chill-forward set list. Softer lighting. Coffee available at every table. Nothing shouted at you before 1 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
